Client Payment completely acknowledges the following terms of service, and serves as binding agreement.

Client shall pay a non-refundable deposit to New World La Agency in the amount agreed upon per project and within agreed payment schedule of mutual acceptance per project.

- Design (IE Logos, Assets, Artwork, Illustrations, Packaging, technical design, website design, apparel design, event design, print design, digital design and all matters related to conceptualization, ideation, and execution of design)
